Refund policy

We operate on a made to order basis to help limit our manufacturing waste. Because of this, we do not offer refunds on our products. We do not create a product unless you order it, making it specially for you. If you receive your garment and something is not right, perhaps the size is off or you prefer another color, please reach out to us and we will do everything we can to make things right.

To start a request, you can contact us at hello@morarae.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
